Yogurt and raisins pie

It is probably the quickest and the easiest pie I know.

  • 1 pastry sheet
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 kg yogurt
  • 1 cup semolina
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 100g raisins
  • 100g sugar

  1. Put the pastry sheet in the pan using a parchment to avoid sticking.
  2. Use a fork to sting the bottom of the pastry sheet.
  3. Beat the eggs with sugar.
  4. Add yogurt, lemon zest, semolina, almond extract and stir well.
  5. Pour the composition in the pie crust.
  6. Sprinkle the raisins.
  7. Put it in the preheated oven at 180ºC for 45 minutes.
