Ingredients:
- shortcrust pastry (~300g)
- 500g steamed beetroot
- 200g feta cheese
- 4 eggs
- 200ml milk
- 1 teaspoon of thym
Directions:
- Stretch the pastry crust and put it an a pan.
- Dice beetroot.
- Smash the feta cheese with a fork and add it over the beetroot.
- Mix beetroot with cheese and lay it in the pan with the pastry sheet.
- Beat the eggs, add milk and thim and mix.
- Pour composition in the pan over the beetroot.
- Put in the preheated oven at 190ºC for 45 min.
