Ingredients:
- 270ml water
- 350g flour bread
- 100g spelt flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 50g sunflower seeds (kernels)
- 21g fresh yeast
Directions:
- Put all the ingredients in a bread machine, program dough (mine is 1h30)
- Take it out and form a ball, adding flour to avoid sticking to your hands.
- Put the dough in a Dutch oven pot (floured before) and let it raise for 30 min at 50ºC. Under the pot, place a little bowl with water to avoid drying the bread too much.
- Cover the pot with its lid, increase the temperature to 200ºC and cook it for 45min. I removed the lid in the last 15 minutes to brown it more.

hi, is this a sourdough or dry yeast bread? it mentions none.
Dora, thanks for pointing out that I forgot to mention such an important ingredient. This bread is based on yeast. I'll correct the recipe.
