Ingredients:
- 300g pie crust
- 250g ricotta cheese
- 5 apples thinly sliced
- ¼ cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons all purpose flour (optional)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- (whipped) cream to decorate
Directions:
- Stretch the pie crust and lay it in a pan, initially buttered and floured.
- Spread cheese in the centre of the crust in the pan.
- Separately, remove the apple core without peeling them. To avoid oxidation, keep the sliced apple in water.
- Mix the drained apple slices with sugars, flour and cinnamon.
- Put apples in the pie crust and partially fold the crust over.
- (optional) Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon over.
- Bake for 40 min at 190ºC. Cover with foil if the top of the pie becomes too brown.
- Serve with whipped cream or cream after cooling.
