Cheese tart

This is a version of the yogurt tart. This one is more consistent but I don't prefere more one or another. Both are simple and delicious.

  •  1kg cottage cheese
  •  5 eggs
  • 1 shortcrust pastry  (~500g)
  •  1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
  • 4 tablespoon sugar
  • 200ml milk
  • 3 tablespoons semolina
  • 200g dried raisins

  1. Stretch the shortcrust and lay it in the tart pan.
  2. Smesh the cheese with a fork.
  3. Add the dried raisins in the cheese and stir a little
  4. In another bowl beat the eggs, add sugar, salt, vanilla sugar, lemon zest, milk and semolina.
  5. Mix the cheese into the egg mixture and pour it in the pan in the shortcrust.
  6. Bake it in the preheated oven for 45 min at 180ÂșC.
 With the above ingredients results a lot of mixture , so I filled in another 4 tartellets. Or a bigger pan could be used.
