Chicken in Dutch oven

So simple, so natural, so delicious.

  • 1 chicken
  • 1 pinch of paprika
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 2 lemons
  • salt
  • olive oil to brush the chicken

  1. Wash the chicken and brush it with oil.
  2. Sprinkle the chicken with paprika, pepper and salt.
  3. Cut lemons in slices and put them on the bottom of the pan. Put some also inside the chicken.
  4.  Preheat the oven at 200ºC, cover the pot and put it inside the oven for 1h.
  5. Remove the lid and let it to brown for another 15 minutes. Be careful, it is very hot.
 When finishing there is only one pot to wash not the entire oven. Aaaa and don't throw away the juice that remains ... it is perfect to use it with potatoes back in the oven.
