
Ingredients:
- 1 pastry sheet
 - 6 eggs
 - 1 kg yogurt
 - 1 cup semolina
 - 1 tablespoon lemon zest
 - 1 teaspoon almond extract
 - 100g raisins
 - 100g sugar
 
Directions:
- Put the pastry sheet in the pan using a parchment to avoid sticking.
 - Use a fork to sting the bottom of the pastry sheet.
 - Beat the eggs with sugar.
 - Add yogurt, lemon zest, semolina, almond extract and stir well.
 - Pour the composition in the pie crust.
 - Sprinkle the raisins.
 - Put it in the preheated oven at 180ºC for 45 minutes.
