Ingredients:
- 300ml sweet condensed milk
- 400ml coconut milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
- 2 tablespoons of caramel
Directions:
- Mix condensed milk with coconut milk.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs and add them in the milk and stir.
- Add nutmeg and vanilla sugar and stir.
- In a pan, spread the caramel on the bottom.
- Pour the composition in the pan, over the caramel.
- Lay the pan in a tray filled with water
- Bake in the preheated oven at 150ºC for 45 min.
