Ingredients:
- 150g all purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 150g butter (room temperature)
- 100g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 50g almond powder
- lemon juice from 2 lemons
Directions:
- Mix all the ingredients with an electric mixer.
- Pour the mixture into cupcakes trays
- Preheat the oven at 180ºC and bake for 25 minutes.
