Salmon and broccoli quiche

It is so delicious and so easy to make .... and eat :)

  • short pastry crust (~400g). Find the recipe here.
  • 500g salmon - cut in small pieces
  • 1 broccoli (~300g) - cut in small pieces
  • 4 eggs
  • 220g sour cream
  • 100ml milk
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 teaspoons dried dill
  • 50g grated cheese (emmental)

  1. Roll the pastry and lay it in the tart pan. Sting it with a fork on the bottom.
  2. Lay the salmon and broccoli pieces in the pastry.
  3. Take a bowl and beat the eggs with cream, milk, salt, pepper and dill.
  4. Pour the mixture on top of the salmon and broccoli.
  5. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
  6. Preheat the oven at 180º and bake it for 1 hour.
