Turkey schnitzel

For sure this is not the healthiest recipe, but has an outstanding taste.

  • 3 turkey breasts
  • 4eggs
  • flour (as needed)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • thyme
  • 1l oil (for frying))

  1. Cut the turkey breasts in fine slices and beat it to make it more flatten.
  2. Beat the eggs and add pepper, salt and thyme.
  3. Powder the meat slices with flour, bath them in the beaten eggs, and powder them again with flour. Repeat for all the meat slices.
  4. Heat well the oil and fry the schnitzels.
  5. When ready, take them out and lay them on paper towels to absorb the excess of oil.
