Chocolate crackers

I like to have in my house a box with something to crunch. What about some chocolate crackers ?

  • 120g of butter
  • 100g brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 250g flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon sodium bicarbonate
  • 100g chocolate chips
  • a pinch of salt
  •  Use an electric mixer to mix first the butter with sugar.
  • Add the egg, vanilla essence, salt, flour, bicarbonate and yeast and mix.
  • In the end add the chocolate chips.
  • Form little balls and flatten them a bit. Put them in then on a tray on a silicone sheet or baking sheet.
  • Preheat the oven at 140ÂșC and put the trays inside for 25 min.
