Moelleux au chocolat / Chocolate lava muffins

This is by far one of the best muffin recipes I ever tried. It contains no raising agent, they are full of chocolate and they taste like haven. Crunchy outside, soft and melting inside. Extremely simple to make and D E L I CI O U S result!

Ingredients:
  • 300g black chocolate
  • 150g butter
  • 70g sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 75g all purpose flour

Directions:
  1. Melt the chocolate with butter in bain-marie.
  2. In the mixer bowl, beat the eggs with sugar and add the flour.
  3. While mixing, add the melted chocolate with butter.
  4. Pour one icecream scoop of composition into each muffin case. I ended up with 12 muffins.
  5. Do not cook them immediately but put them in the fridge for 1 hour.
  6. Cook them in the preheated oven at 210ÂșC. The time for their cooking depends on how soft the core you want to be. The cooking time can be between 10 to 25 minutes. At 10 minutes you'll reach a very soft core and at 20 is almost baked. I preferred them more baked, so I kept them 20 minutes.
