Banana and chocolate muffins

These muffins are perfect when you are in need of a quick, simple and delicious dessert or a morning muffin.

  • 250g all purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 150g butter (melted)
  • 100g sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 6 bananas
  • ~ 20 half squares of chocolates (1 for each muffin)

  1. Cut bananas in round slices of 0.5cm thick.
  2. Mix all ingredients with a mixer until well combined.
  3. Pour with an ice cream scoop the composition into paper or silicone cupcake cases.
  4. Hide a half square of chocolate in the middle of each muffin.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven at 200ºC for 30-45 minutes.
