Semolina with milk

I have known the classical semolina with milk  as being a children dish. But why it should not be good for the grown ups as a dessert ?
  • 1 cup semolina
  • 600ml milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

  1. Heat the milk and wait until is almost simmering.
  2. Put the semolina and the sugar in the hot milk and stir continuously because is easily sticking on the bottom of the pot.
  3. Remove from heat and pour it quickly in shapes.
  4. Let it cool and serve it with caramel sauce or any jam.
Mmm, nothing more simple and good.!
