Pork stake with smashed potatoes

It is a very classical recipe and this is how I do it.

Ingredients for smashed potatoes:
  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 50g butter
  • 100 milk
  • salt
 Ingredients for the stake
  • 500g pork meat cut in thin slices (neck part)
  • 3 tablespoons sunflower oil
  • stake seasoning
  • salt
 Preparation of the smashed potatoes:
  1. Peal the potatoes and cut them in slices.
  2. Steam them for 40 min.
  3. Transfer the steamed potatoes in an electric mixer and mix until all smashed.
  4. Add butter that will melt from the potatoes heat and continue to mix.
  5. Add milk and salt.
Preparation of the pork stake:
  1.  Season the meat slices. Add some salt also.
  2. Let them take the flavor and salt for 1 our at room temperature.
  3. Heat the oil and fry them on both sides until they get a little brown.
Simple and tasty.
