Millet and banana biscuits

An option of biscuits without gluten, without sugar but sweet only from bananas.
  • 3 bananas
  • 500g millet flour
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

  1. Smash bananas with a fork until they look like a cream
  2. Add in steps the millet flour on the smashed bananas, add the oil and make a dough. The quantity of flour may be bigger or smaller depending on the bananas size. Keep some flour also for the stretch of the dough.
  3. Stretch the dough sprinkling with flour to not stick.
  4. Cut the biscuits with shapes and sit them in trays covered by silicone sheets or baking sheets.
  5.  Put them in the oven for 15 min at 180ÂșC, after that take them out and let them cool.
They were a little too hard for my taste, but my daughter and husband found them perfect to crunch.
