Chicken wok with peanuts

Athough I prefer the european food, I enjoy also diversity. So, let's go for a wok ... of chicken and with peanuts.
  • 1 chicken breast (cut in fine slices)
  • 2 bell peppers (julien cut)
  • 1 carrot (julien cut)
  • 2 onions (cut in half circles)
  • 100g salty chopped peanuts
  • 1 teaspoon curry
  • 3 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon of soya sauce
  • 2 cups of rice
  • 1 tablespoons of chicken spices / chicken stock
  • 1 cup of water

  1. Wash the rice and steam it for 40 min.
  2. Powder the chicken with curry.
  3. Heat the wok with the sesame oil and soya sauce.
  4. Add the chicken and let it brown a little, then stir with a wooden spoon.
  5. When the chicken is cooked, add the pepper, onion and carrot and let them cook for few minutes.
  6. Make a soup from the chicken stock and the cup of water and pour it in the wok.
  7. Let it cook a little, add the peanuts and put it aside from the heat.
In a plate, put the rice and in the middle put the chicken sauce prepared in the wok.
The taste is indeed remarkable.
