Ingredients:
- 75 g ginger fine grated
 - 125g softened butte
 - 2 eggs
 - 1 cup of flour (150g)
 - 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
 - 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
 - 75g white raisins
 - 1/2 cup of sugar (100g)
 
Preparation:
- Put all the ingredients in an electric mixer.
 - Butter all the cupcakes pans/shells even if they are silicone made.
 - Pour 1 tablespoon / ice cream scoop of composition in each shell ( filled maximum 3/4 )
 - Put it in the preheated oven at 180°C
