Ingredients:
- 500g spelt flour
- 300ml water
- 42g fresh yeast
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients with a standing mixer and let it rise for 2 hours.
- Transfer the dough into a dutch oven pot over a baking sheet layed on the bottom.
- Let it rise for another 1 hour.
- Score the dough with a sharp knife.
- Put it in the oven at 200ÂșC for 45 minutes covering the pot with its lid.
- Remove the lid and let it brown for another 15 minutes.
