Chicken and vegetables roll

A taste you will never forget.
Baked chicken vegetable mixture, cheese and ham is a marvel. Where you put that look like small packages that you eat with your eyes.

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 300g sliced ham
  • Emmental cheese
  • 4 carrots
  • 4 peppers
  • seasoning for chicken
  • rosemary
  • salt
  • pepper

  1. Cut the carrots lengthwise about 4-5cm long
  2. Cut peppers into slices about the same length as carrots
  3. Steam the carrots for 10 minutes to steam to soften
  4. Slice the chicken breast and flatten until they get thin, about the size of a palm
  5. Sprinkle chicken seasoning on the chicken breast
  6. Start doing the rolls: put a piece of chicken, then a ham, and cheese one. In the middle put a few slices of peppers and carrots and then roll. Tie the rolls with elastic silicone but it works well with string or toothpicks as well
  7. Place rolls in a greased pan/tray.
  8. Brush lightly with oil each of he rolls and sprinkle rosemary.
  9. Bake for 30 min at 200°C

It can be matched with any garnish, in this case I made baked potatoes with rosemary and cucumber salad.
