Ingredients: (for 8 muffins)
- 150g + 40g black chocolate
 - 3 eggs
 - 100g butter
 - 100g flour
 - 50g sugar
 
Directions:
- Melt 150g of chocolate with the butter in a bain-marie pan. Stir slowly until completely combined.
 - In the mixer bowl, put eggs with sugar and flour and turn on the mixer.
 - Add the melted chocolate with butter (even still warm) while continuing to mix. Stop mixing when the composition is well combined.
 - Pour the composition in cupcake molds by filling them only 3/4.
 - Take the remaining 40g of chocolate, cut it in 8 pieces and push them in the center of the muffins. Use your finger or a knife to cover completely the chocolate pieces inside each muffin.
 - Bake them for 15-20 minutes in the preheated oven at 200ºC.
