Ingredients:
- 75g cocoa
- 225g boiling water
- 260g all purpose flour
- 125 butter
- 100g brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Directions:
- Mix the cocoa with butter and hot water.
- Add flour, sugar, baking powder and mix.
- Add the eggs and stir with a mixer. The mixture has a more liquid texture than for the classical cupcakes.
- Pour it into cupcake tray filling 3/4 of the shape.
- Bake them for 25 min at 180ºC
