Cocoa muffins

These are muffins with an intense cocoa taste and they are perfect with some milk for breakfast.

  • 75g cocoa
  • 225g boiling water
  • 260g all purpose flour
  • 125 butter
  • 100g brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  1.  Mix the cocoa with butter and hot water.
  2. Add flour, sugar, baking powder and mix.
  3. Add the eggs and stir with a mixer. The mixture has a more liquid texture than for the classical cupcakes.
  4. Pour it into cupcake tray filling 3/4 of the shape.
  5. Bake them for 25 min at 180ºC
