Black chocolate tart

A cake with  a strong taste of chocolate, but not so sweet. It goes well with a raspberry or strawberries syrup dressing.

  • pastry crust (~400g)
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar
  • 300g black chocolate
  • 100g butter
  • 2 tablespoons of heavy cream
  1. Bake the pastry crust alone in the oven and let it cool. Use pie weights or dried beans for the crust. (15 min, 180ºC)
  2. Melt the chocolate in bain-marie.
  3. Add the butter in the chocolate and stir until the butter is totally melted and incorporated.
  4. Beat the eggs with sugar and transfer them in the chocolate by whisking continuously.
  5. Add the cream and stir.
  6. Pour the chocolate filling into the prepared pastry .
  7. Bake it for20min at 180ºC.
