Ingredients:
- 1 kg hashed meat (calf and pork mixed)
- 1 egg
- 2 big potatoes
- 2 medium onions
- 1 clove of garlic
- one hand of parsley
- 2 teaspoons of thyme or dill (preferably dill)
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions:
- Grate the potatoes, onions and garlic with a manual razor or an electric one.
- Cut finely the parsley.
- Mix the meat with the egg, the vegetables and with the thyme/dill.
- Shape the balls with your hands at a size of an apricot and lay them on a tray with silicon sheet.
- Bake the meatballs in the oven, turning them upside down after half hour.
