Chocolate bundt cake

This is a special chocolate cake. The exterior is crispy and the interior is fluffy and moist.

Quantities given are for a big cake, and I had to pour some mixture in some small tart pans as well. Next time I'll do half of these quantities.

Ingredients:
  • 330g butter + 1 more tablespoon to butter the pan (room temperature)
  • 1 cup cocoa powder + 2 tablespoons to powder the pan
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup cream
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cups chocolate chips

Directions:
  1. Use an electric mixer and mix the butter with sugar.
  2. Add the eggs one by one and the vanilla extract, continuing to stir.
  3. Add the following ingredients in this order: cocoa powder, boiling water, cream, salt, baking soda, baking powder and flour.
  4. When the mixture is well mixed add the chocolate chips and stir just a little.
  5. Pour the mixture in the pan that was buttered and powdered with cocoa.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven at 180ºC for 1h20.
  7. Take the pan out of the oven, let it cool for 10 minutes and then remove the pan easily. Let the cake cool on a grill.
