Digestive biscuits

I was looking for a recipe of healthy biscuits with less sugar for my daughter. Look what I made ...


Ingredients:
  • 150g wholemeal flour
  • 75g ground muesli (without dried fruits)
  • 1 tablespoon yeast
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 100g softened butter

Preparation:
  1. Put all the ingredients in a robot to mix them well. The result is a crumbly dough.
  2. Flatten dough and cut it with biscuit cutter
  3. Put the biscuits on silicon sheet on a tray (or use baking sheets) and let them in the oven for 15 min at 180°C.

Irina loved them. They have a crumble consistency and they are very tasty. For sure I'll do this recipe again.
